I've gotten much happier recently, because I have finally gotten what I have been so deprived of for months - FEMALE COMPANY. I cannot stress to you how crucial this is to me. Having someone to discuss about nail polish colours and gossip with is seriously one of the most important things in life to me. And since I've moved back to M'sia all my girlfriends have just basically been really busy with their own lives and I'm left to rot with the boys or I'll just accompany my bed all day.......
Example of rotting with the boys Owi, Vincent, Mikhail @ Vertigo/Zouk LOL.
Don't get me wrong, I love them to death. But you see, every girl needs someone in her life that can at least tell the difference between China Glaze and OPI right? And how about shopping? I hate shopping with guys, almost every guy is incapable of giving constructive opinions on which design/colour/cut you should pick. So one day as I was whining about not having girlfriends, Owi suggested that I start working, and so I did. AND I MADE FRIENDS, GIRLFRIENDS. *throws confetti and nail polishes everywhere*
I worked for the L'Oréal 24Hour Man Challenge some time ago and that was the first time I was surrounded by so many girls of my age in a very long time. Time to shed a tear. Anyway we were required to take a lot of photos during the entire event and share it in our whatsapp group so now my phone is filled with 1000000000 photos of the event. I didn't even know we had a group shot till I was clearing out photos from my phone a few minutes ago.
My face looks so sharp here you probably can't recognize me. Nothing like how I look like in reality..... unless I go under the knife....
Working with Cheryl & Katherinne.
Thank goodness for friends because we had to work from about 8am till 4am. CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW SHITTY IT WOULD BE TO WORK ALONE? After the challenges ended, we had to wait for the tabulation of results and I found myself to be the only person awake and ready to party LOL. Joined my other friends in Zouk after I bid my sleepy colleagues goodbye lol. It's just something about being in a club that gets me all energetic.
My contestant of the day. Which happens to be an A&F model. Girls, you jelly? LOL
Also worked for a Citibank event where I met more girls *YAAAYYY* It's not easy to make friends from every event I work for because sometimes the other girls can be seriously from another world... or there isn't much chance for interaction during our working hours.
Judy, Jielin & Ann!
Alright I'm done here. Shall leave you with a photo of my new gaudy bag in my equally gaudy room. I love being gaudy.
